Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Makeup kits, beauty tools, or accessories that show signs of use
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

This policy helps ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return or issue is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.


Fulfillment & Shipping Notes

GlowIt Yourself partners with third-party fulfillment providers, including Zendrop, to ship products directly to customers. As a result:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships
