At GlowIt Yourself, we work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners, including Zendrop, to deliver products directly to our customers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of beauty tools and accessories while keeping prices accessible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our fulfillment partner for shipment
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment source of the product:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders
  • Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed

There are no hidden shipping charges.


Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking information
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment

If tracking has not updated immediately, this is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This can occur when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

GlowIt Yourself is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient

If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.

For international orders:
